Oscar turns 2!! - and the rest of July

July was spent getting ready for Lynnae and Brandt's wedding and a trip to Iowa for Oscar's birthday (along with the regular summer stuff).

Lynnae brought over Oscar's present before we went to Iowa- it a bubble blowing lawnmower.

Grandma M planned a little pirate party for Oscar. We had Fisher and Phoenix (our friends kids) over for the festivities.

The next day, Carson came over and we went to the county fair.

...and riding rides.

Belen was pretty hesitant to go down by herself, but she did it. But then she didn't get up fast enough and the girl came flying behind her and knocked her off her feet.

The next morning we got to be in the parade. Grandpa and Oscar drove the fire truck and Belen and I threw candy.

Garrett took the kids to a breast cancer fundraiser for one of Belen's preschool teachers.

And here is the only time Oscar has ever fallen asleep at dinner. July was busy.
