Garrett and the kids went to Iowa for Thanksgiving (I put in a bunch of hours at work).
They always go check out Grandpa's work and climb around in the fire trucks.
Garrett and Belen contributed a pudding pie to the Thanksgiving feast.
We don't do football, so they played Tubaruba.
Oscar did some good sleeping after all the excitement.
Belen went to Disney on Ice with Grandma and Grandpa. Of course, Ariel was her favorite.

When they got home, we started decorating for Christmas. The kids are both excited.
Oscar discovered this song ornament from when Garrett was a kid.
Oscar is still an affectionate guy. He loves Ella. He is always nuzzling his head into her.
Oscar has been independent on the stairs for a month or two now. It is nice to not have to worry about the gates anymore. He plays independently or with Belen for long stretches and is nodding yes or no to simple questions. He started his new daycare and never cried once. He even napped for 2 hours there yesterday. Our baby is growing up :)
