Okay, it has been almost 2 weeks since the last post. We went to Iowa, Belen got sick again (this time a cold), and she had her 9 month well baby check. She weighed in at 16.8 lbs. I couldn't believe it- she was 17lbs at 8 months. I guess all the sickness and then the increased activity. Oh well, somebody has to make up the left of the bell curve. :)

This is our attempt at a dinner out on a no nap day. It actually went very well. The frog puppet helped.

Belen taking her walker for a spin, she has gotten pretty good with it. She walks over to something else she can hold on to. She can balance for about 20-30 seconds.

We are headed for New Jersey and New York tomorrow. We are excited for some cousin time with Nate and Ella.
